First off, thank you for shopping with TROUBL3 SKATEBOARDS! We are a super small, dedicated team, and every piece we sell is designed, created, or handmade by us.
Since each item is made to order, and we invest a lot of time into crafting every product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We make sure to communicate all the details clearly and provide accurate descriptions for each item. Please take the time to read through the details and review all photos before making your purchase.
In most cases, the turnaround time for handmade items is stated in the listing. However, depending on our workload, orders generally take between 2 to 5 weeks. Please note that shipping times may be longer during the holiday season.
CLOTHING:
Since we are a small, made-to-order operation, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on clothing. We do not keep stock of alternate sizes. Please carefully read the descriptions, consult the size charts, and make your selections accordingly.
Shipping times may also be delayed—expect an additional 2-3 weeks for clothing shipments.

YES! WE DO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. If you’re unable to check out due to your location being outside of Canada, please contact us, and we’ll add your country as a shipping option.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct before submitting the final order.
TROUBL3 SKATEBOARDS is not responsible for undelivered or misdelivered packages if the shipping address provided is correct on the order invoice. We will monitor the delivery status and advocate for you if the package doesn’t reach its destination.

Pickup will be in the East End of Ottawa, Ontario. Once you place an order and use the Pickup option at checkout from the dropdown, Contact us through the site to coordinate pickup.

Terms of Service
User Agreement
This Agreement is between Troubl3 Skateboards ("Troubl3 Skateboards," "We," "Our," "Us"), and any other individual or entity (collectively referred to as "You," "Customer," "Client," "Organization").
This Agreement governs access to all services ("Services") provided by Us and the use of Our Web Applications, data, and/or software, including all features thereof, collectively referred to as the "Products." Products may change at any time without notice or liability to the Customer.
1. Proper Use of Products
(a) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, We grant You, as an authorized user, access and the limited right to use the Products, as long as required licenses/subscriptions are purchased and up to date. The Products may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified for commercial use. You are not authorized to allow third-party access to the Products unless expressly permitted. Your use must cease upon termination or revocation.
(b) Customer may not copy, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, or distribute the Products unless allowed by applicable law. Scraping, using robots, or any automated methods to access or collect data is prohibited. We are not liable for any data loss, and it's the Customer's responsibility to maintain business records such as financial, shipping, or transaction information.
(c) Customer shall not use the Products to:
- Violate any law
- Impersonate another individual
- Provide false information
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute viruses or malicious code
- Access proprietary or confidential data Customer guarantees all user activity will comply with this Agreement.
2. Customer Obligations
Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and proper use of User Account Administration. Customer guarantees that all data provided is lawful and non-infringing. Customer shall notify Us immediately if accessing another organization’s data and cease any use of that data.
3. Confidentiality
We take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access. The Products may be provided over third-party cloud environments subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for the misuse of data once received by the Customer. We reserve the right to remove data or terminate your access without notice.
Our source code, software, and other technical information are confidential. You may not use or disclose confidential information except as permitted by this Agreement. Any breach of confidentiality will result in appropriate legal action.
4. Warranty Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability
The Products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Customer assumes full responsibility for verifying the accuracy of all transactions and information.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Troubl3 Skateboards and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. If you are dissatisfied with the Products, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Products. Our liability will not exceed the total amounts paid by you in the preceding calendar year.
5. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Troubl3 Skateboards, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from all claims, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from your use of the Products or violation of this Agreement.
6. Term & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Products if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Any termination shall not affect prior rights and obligations. Data licenses granted to Us shall survive termination.
7. Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the Products, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents. Customer retains ownership of their own data but grants Us the right to use it for training, aggregation, and analysis purposes.
8. Availability
We will use reasonable efforts to make the Products available 24/7, excluding maintenance periods. In case of system unavailability, we will act quickly to restore service.
9. Third-Party Components & Links
You are responsible for providing the necessary equipment, internet connections, and software to access the Products. We are not liable for any content or services provided by third-party links or software used with the Products.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes must be settled through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, and not in court. You waive the right to participate in any class action.
11. Injunctive Relief
In the event of a breach, We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief to prevent further violations, in addition to any other legal remedies available.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or communications. No third-party beneficiaries are created by this Agreement.
